Hi, I see you've been trying several fixes for your PC. After resetting the BIOS and restarting, you lost the display signal from your monitor. You've swapped GPUs without success and even disassembled the computer, but the BIOS flashing didn’t show any errors. There are still two white lights on your GPU, and your specs are listed as a Gigabyte X570 Elite with Ryzen 5600X, Aorus 3070, and 32GB Corsair Pro DDR4. Let me know if you need help interpreting the lights or troubleshooting further.

Have you attempted to discharge the CMOS battery for five minutes? Did you reboot your BIOS through its own interface or revert to original factory defaults?

Here’s a visual reference for the GPU lighting area. For the setup, remove the CMOS battery and attempt a clear setting method. Alternatively, use the BIOS flash back feature to re-flash the BIOS.

I removed the CMOS battery for a while and re-flashed my BIOS several times. I’ll send a picture once I’m back home. The two lights above the power connectors on the GPU are bright white, but sometimes there’s no light at all. When I power up the computer, I don’t see any debug lights on the motherboard.

The GPU lights usually signal a power issue from the PCIe connectors. Verify your PSU can handle sufficient power, though it seems fine since the system was running previously. Check that the PCIe connectors are fully seated in the GPU socket and, for modular PSUs, the corresponding sockets as well. It might help to swap out another PSU and observe if the lights stay on. You could also use a multimeter to test the voltage on the PCIe cables. I still recommend testing another PSU. If none works, you may need to replace your components in another machine until a compatible one is found. It could be time-consuming, but pinpointing the issue is essential. Have a great day!
