Your system encountered a repair cycle, moved to Intel Boot Agent, and now your keyboard isn't responding. Someone might suggest checking BIOS settings, resetting the hardware, or reinstalling drivers.
Either your drive as failed, or seeing how you are claiming USB devices are failing as well, the motherboard is failing. I would put my bet on the former, as motherboards typically fail fairly spectacularly, not piecemail like this.
You just restored your BIOS configuration. Unless you adjusted those settings before encountering problems, this shouldn't fix the issue.
