Reinstall the CPU and RAM, then verify that all power connections are tight and properly seated. Also, reinsert the CPU power cables.

I9 12900k with 32gb ram, DDR4, Rtx 4070 Ti, Corsair RM1000x, PSU MSI PRO Z 690. I've already changed RAM, CPU, thermal paste, swapped cables, reinstalled GPU, SSD, and CMOS battery, but the issue keeps happening.

They came in the box with the PSU included. I've experimented with various RAM and CMOS settings, but nothing worked. Just before the problem started, the PC would freeze—any advice you can offer?
