Hello! Here are the details you provided:

- CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F
- RAM: Two 8GB sticks from an HP prebuilt PSU
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060
- Motherboard: ASRock Z390 Pro4
- Power Supply: Corsair CX600
- Testing: All components except the motherboard have been verified in another system.

I don’t have a compatible CPU with RAM slots A1 and B1, and the system boots but doesn’t display anything. The fans spin and the GPU lights up, but there’s no screen. I’ve reinserted the CPU, RAM, and GPU, and reconnected the PCI connectors twice. I’ve also tried using one stick at a time in each slot and all combinations.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated—thank you!

Check for BIOS 1.60 or newer. Look for a label on the motherboard indicating the default version installed.

The label includes P4.70 and describes the board as an outlet item, possibly a display or lightly used version.

I'll check for any signs of damage on the motherboard and the socket pins.

Checked if connecting the GPU to a different PCIe port worked.

I noticed no distinct pins missing compared to others. There appears to be no obvious damage on the board. I attached a photo, though it might not be clearly visible in the image.

I acquired an internal speaker and the issue shows up as three beeps followed by a prolonged silence. The system then restarts.

I fixed it by repositioning the CPU and RAM again and connecting the HDMI cable. I forgot to plug it in while resetting the GPU. Total facepalming… But good news, no hardware issues.
