They sometimes offer Assassins Creed 2 for free a few months ago. Besides always available exclusives like Apex Legends, I don't believe they're currently giving away games for free.

Uplay sometimes offers games a bit older and frequently has major discounts. They also host occasional free weekends. Epic Games, on the other hand, introduces a new free game every Thursday. Last week featured GTA V and this week is Civilization 6.

Old Games occasionally offers free titles, though it differs significantly from what Epic provides. They're establishing an unusual trend of rewarding users for using a particular launcher.

They aren't establishing a standard. Individuals are simply overly demanding.

I was really disappointed not getting it... also worth mentioning, they’re offering $10 off coupons. My wife was interested in Civ 6, which was $14.99 before the discount—it ended up being just $5. Still, it’s not too bad!
