No, Origin Access Premium does not provide access to all games.

I own the standard origin access subscription and I appreciate it. I came across the upcoming release this summer and I’m really impressed with it. My main concern is whether it includes all the games or just the selected ones.

Probably. I once had original access but stopped after four months since I no longer cared about Need For Speed 2015.

The page on the EA site shows all origin access titles. BFV is unlikely to appear when it first launches.
