E7B45IMS.A60 is the current release. It seems quite outdated, dating back to September 2018. For clarity, this might affect compatibility since your 9700f was released in mid-2019... I’d definitely consider updating the BIOS there for better performance.
Download the BIOS for your motherboard from the provided link. Make sure it matches your specific model. Once you have the updated file, unzip it and store it on your USB drive—this can be the same drive used for Windows 10 ISO. Power down your PC, insert the USB stick, enter the BIOS settings, locate the update option (usually in the lower right corner), and proceed with the installation.
