No opção de ray tracing Bf5 em 2070

I know lots of people have already posted about this issue on other forums, but I have done what 'worked' for them and I still can't get the option to show up.
I have the latest windows 1809 update:
(don't ask about the win 10 enterprise thing, not sure how I got it but I can't see it affecting this)
The latest nvidia game ready drivers:
And the latest Bf5 update
I checked origin and it said several times that I have the latest Bf5 update, but no option (by the way there's no option for DX12 or anything like that either)

Choose DX 12 from the advanced menu instead of the origin. The DXR option is there for that.

It looks like some game files are missing. I recommend checking for missing files or reinstalling them, and make sure to install the required frameworks during setup.

I completed a file inspection and confirmed all function levels are present:
The remaining step is to reinstall the game, so I'll try that.
