Why opt for a standard Xbox controller instead of something custom-built? It works fine without any changes.
I handle it smoothly and it functions flawlessly. Games built for 360 controller recognize it as such. Besides lacking a wireless feature, I haven’t encountered any issues using it on Windows 7. While some say the DualShock 4 offers superior performance, mine works just fine.
Personally, DualShock devices start causing hand discomfort after some use, whereas my 360 controller feels better. I own a decent blue DualShock for my PS2, and I prefer wired connections since I have enough interference-free setup. Thanks a lot for sharing this feedback.
