Many earlier GPU evaluations were performed on Windows 8... redoing them on Windows 10 would require more time. Testing on Windows 8 is simpler. .... Windows 10 is expected to have some issues for a while.

There’s no noticeable performance gap. Drivers aren’t ideal for the W10 yet, and some problems remain. It’s best to keep using the 8.1 model for a while before the 10 is completely ready.

I don't share that view. W10 doesn't appear to have issues; it simply favors AMD over Nvidia at the moment.

AMD appears stable with a slight improvement from WDM 2.0. Nvidia might still face some reliability problems, and it could take time for more reviewers to adjust their testing configurations.
