I noticed all the servers, but the issue is they're all empty. Just the top four have many players. Can't there be around 80 people playing at once?

It seems you're encountering a lot of 64-man servers and European-style pools. You might want to focus on UK-based servers to streamline your search.

I own many servers with around fifty users, and when I select domination it places me in a very crowded space.
