I still run Windows Vista. Do I really stand alone in this outdated era? People say Vista is one of the worst Windows ever made. I’ve played various games and they all worked for a while before failing. In titles like BF3, I’ve faced server bans because the anti-cheat didn’t connect properly. I’ve tried everything but nothing fixed it. Plus, as admin, I couldn’t even use a printer because of rights issues. There are many similar problems. Am I truly the only one stuck with this? What do you think about Vista? Your opinions would be great—I find it odd yet a bit poignant.

Yes, many are still hoping their eyes remain vibrant.

It still runs Vista on another device in my home, everything seems to work properly. I’m not sure why there was such strong opposition to it.

I installed XP before Vista was released. @ tmcclelland455 and @ terrytek both use Vista now.

I recall the old Vista era. Many folks voiced their concerns, which caught me off guard since I didn’t have any issues with it. Being young probably made it hard to admit honestly, haha.

Tried it once on my Sempron, didn't enjoy it. 7 works seven times better. Someone named terrytek would say the opposite of what I said.

Only when there was not enough RAM did the view function work properly, and many machines back then lacked that much memory.

I believe it has a decent feel and the idea is solid, but if it doesn't work everywhere, visuals alone won't be enough to make it successful.

Vista post-SP2 was essentially version 7. I still use Windows 8, but I got it when it was released.
