In the RAM slots, it seems difficult to raise the lower switches. I only manage to lift the upper switches. Typically, we open both sides—the upper and lower switches—before inserting the RAM modules. The YouTube link in the manual appears to be ineffective, and I haven’t found any helpful videos online.

Only need to release the top part. Motherboards have been doing this for a long time now.

Ensure alignment with the memory notch. Insert the closed side first, then secure the open side.
