edit: File may still be available, if you're not reading this thread weeks/months/years from the original date ... send me a message if you really need it. Ok, here's the link : ** link removed ** ISO : GRMCHPFRER_EN_DVD.ISO ( 2.32 GB ) MD5 : c58bc371c1ee56d0d1e3986d0a2c639e (you can google it to see it's genuine iso and you can hash the file yourselves if you don't trust me, nothing changed to it) This is retail Windows 7 Home Premium x86 In the Updates folder, you have there Windows 7 SP1 - KB976932 : Windows_7_SP1_32bit_windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe ( 537 MB ) In the "After SP1" you have there kb3125574 : Convenience rollup update for Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 ( 316 MB ) It's a package made by MS which contains all security and critical updates between SP1 release and April 2016. In order to install this, Windows Update must be "patched" first by installing that other small update in the same folder, Windows6.1-KB3020369-x86.msu (4 MB) : April 2015 servicing stack update for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Basically it saves you a HUGE amount of time, because Windows Update otherwise would take HOURS sometimes to figure out in which order to install all the updates, the package has everything and updates super fast. From April 2016 MS kept releasing "cumulative security updates" , you can get the KB numbers from the 64 bit folder and can download the 32 bit versions from Microsoft. Didn't keep up with those cumulative updates, I think I stopped saving them around November 2016. You can find them under big words like "Security Monthly Quality Rollup" or "Convenience Rollup" + month on Microsoft's site. It's up to you if you want to download those from the ftp or from Microsoft, I gave you the KB numbers. @Oshino Shinobu @Abyss Gaming
