The main issue started when the cable I received with the unit didn't match the wiring inside the Openreach MK4 Box. Then the BT cable couldn't connect properly to the Deeper Connect outlet, and it wasn't compatible either. As a result, I couldn't get any signal. The company suggested using an Ethernet port on the router to connect the cable and then linking my wireless laptop via cable to the Deeper box. That's exactly what I did! Now I'm left with one protected laptop that's fixed and not wireless, three Ethernet ports still unused, and my wireless devices not connected at all. In short, this setup isn't ideal for the UK unless we upgrade the cabling or use adapters. I'm planning to contact my bank for a possible rebate and hope someone else in a similar situation will do the same.
