Hi,
I'm having trouble redeeming the games I was supposed to get after upgrading my GPU. The site says the content isn't available and they'll fix it soon, but these titles—The Division 2 and World War Z—have been out for months. It seems there might be a problem on their end or missing activation keys. I reached out to support last weekend without getting a satisfactory reply yet. Has anyone else managed this recently?

It's actually tomorrow, that's what it says when I redeem them. A simple mistake like that would make me think I should visit the site and click on the "redeem" part.

This situation isn't favorable since the expiration date will soon pass, leaving no options.
Have you informed support about the issue when attempting to redeem them?

Yeah it's frustrating. They're still seen as redeemed in my account, but I can't find a way to download them. I've already shared screenshots, but they stopped responding. I also emailed them this morning.

I just got an email containing the activation code for World War Z, but the The Division 2 remains unavailable, which suggests there might be a shortage of activation keys.

You might need to wait for a reply from the e-ticket service. They mention they'll get back to you soon, but it's hard to predict exactly when.
