I've been trying to fix stuttering in certain games on the microsoft store and yesterday the only game that wouldn't stutter for me on the microsoft store, forza horizon 4, started stuttering. I'm really close to giving up on trying to fix this or even find out if it's just a software issue but I've not found anything about anyone else having any isseus like this even though one person in a previous thread I posted about stuttering said everyone's experiencing it. I've not seen anyone else say anything about it and I can't find any information on it either from microsoft or on any posts. Is this something everyone is experiencing and just being silent about?
It seems the issue isn't related to my hardware because everything worked smoothly before. I thought it might be a software update—like an NVIDIA driver or Windows 10 update—that affected performance for Microsoft Store games.

You can create a fresh Windows copy by installing a new version of Windows, not just reinstalling it. This gives you a clean installation with all your data intact.
