FPS drops refer to situations where the frame rate falls significantly during a scene. Cutscenes could be limited to around 60 frames per second, for example.

I hope they didn’t intend five, since the tale feels like a waste of time to me. Black Ops 3 performs poorly with most players according to what I’ve heard.
