I usually purchase the software from Amazon. The support team didn’t resolve the issue.
This helped me understand the problem better. The new card failed, the other computer didn’t connect to the same network, and using the web store instead of the client didn’t work. Adjusting account settings also didn’t resolve it. All these issues combined didn’t solve the matter.
