My laptop only has two USB ports, so I need something that fits this setup, okay? A budget of around 30-40 dollars works best — less is better!
The other port is for a cooling pad, just let me know.

You'd need a powered device to operate those gadgets, Anker seems suitable. I tried a couple of cheaper models from another brand, but all three had problems—one lost its USB connection while power stayed on, one had a faulty power supply, and another had several dead ports. A higher-quality brand would be better.
