They previously explained their reasons for why those CPUs aren't supported. Any discussion or change.org link is essentially useless. You definitely won’t be able to install Windows 11, nor can you continue using Windows 10 for another four years, or switch to a Linux-based OS.

You can set it up, though it’s not advised because they warn you you might miss updates if you install on an unsupported processor.
