Hello! The Asus H110m-K supports a 4-pin socket for case fans. I'm searching for RGB-lit options. Many fan sets work with Molex, but I'm leaning toward PWM control. Not sure if PWM is right, but it’s when you manage fans via the motherboard instead of a physical unit. The labels on motherboards vary—some call 4-pin "CHA FAN" or chassis fan, while others highlight RGB features. Are these different? Also, your question about a socket with 3 pins (1-0-1-1) is unclear. Did you mean to ask about compatibility with lighting? Side note, I included a picture of the socket for reference. It's a USB header (adjust for SPDIF, and note the TPM location).

A standard RGB fan uses two ports, one for the fan itself and another for the RGB lighting.

Therefore, 4-pin fan connectors are typically compatible (as they are), and your board only allows fans to be connected without lighting them up, unless a dedicated RGB connector is needed for the LEDs. Some static LED fans don’t need a proper RGB cable to illuminate.
