Hello everyone. Today I bought a Ryzen 3 1200 for $40 on offerup. Honestly, it wasn’t very reliable. I finally managed to turn on my new PC, built from used and old parts for the first time. But no refund... Everything seems to work properly. The fans are spinning and the case lights are on. I reinserted the RAM, and tried three different GPUs without success—Radeon R5 220, Asus GTX 460, and MSI Gaming X 1050ti. It just powers off when I press the power button. Did I lose $40?

Have you attempted to link the display cable to the onboard graphics? Essentially, I'm suggesting you try booting with your i-gpu.

The pins were all okay. I've tested dvi and hdmi on the graphics cards. I used dvi on the motherboard interface but didn't get any results. I even switched to vga from the r5 220.

That cpu doesn't have a igpu. Dead cpu? most likely not, unless there's a physical deformity, chances to get a broken cpu is very low. Install a bios speaker and examine the beep code. What motherboard you're using?
