Hi there, I’m facing the same problem with my Gigabyte B550M DS3H motherboard. After updating the BIOS, my Ethernet port isn’t working and the LAN MAC address shows NA in the BIOS. I tried a full BIOS reflash but it didn’t fix the issue. Could anyone give me some advice? Thanks!

It seems the LAN chip could be defective, so I’d consider returning it for repair if the warranty applies. A CMOS reset is unlikely but worth attempting, or you might switch to a USB/PCIe Ethernet or Wi-Fi adapter.
