It seems like every Ethernet port is set to 10/100, even the WAN port. Definitely not feasible to achieve 150Mbps on a 100Mbps connection. You'll need a more advanced router.

Check the router’s specifications online before purchasing. Ensure both LAN and WAN ports are gigabit ports. Not all routers have gigabit WAN ports or 10/100 LAN ports; opting for a model with fully gigabit ports will provide significantly faster Ethernet performance.

Its also best to over-spend if there is any possibility of you upgrading your speed later. Just because it has gigabit ethernet doesn't mean it can handle anything close to that. Look for reviews that state the "NAT" speed, as that is the speed of broadband it can handle.
