3600 is a solid CPU choice. It hasn’t had trouble with tasks in my setup and generally runs smoothly at 35-50% while I play games like RDR2, Witcher 3, and the new DOOMs. I think it’s better than having gone for a 2600 and waiting to upgrade the GPU later. This chip really impressed me, especially since it offers more performance than a GPU for roughly twice the cost... Nvidia, you’re doing great!
Streaming with an RTX wouldn’t require using the built-in Nvenc encoder from the graphics card. For improved performance, a stronger GPU would be preferable. The 2060 isn’t ideal for that purpose.
