The 2080 super at 1080p should work fine. Adjusting the settings in most games shouldn't cause any problems. I previously used a 2070 super at 1440p without issues.

Most games don’t force a GPU bottleneck, and even with a 3090 GPU, it’s not as powerful as a CPU—especially under heavy load.
