The 120 gig has 32MB of DRAM cache, which suggests the larger 240GB model likely includes a similar amount. It’s not the perfect 1MB per GB ratio, but it does have a cache.

As I mentioned, having 32 MB of cache is superior to a solid-state drive without any cache.
