Don't go after that. It's a patchwork of outdated components. They function, but they're not original and come with a lot of complications. Some Russians have custom modifications that enhance performance, yet at such a low cost? That seems odd. On the other hand, eBay offers a genuine x99 motherboard for just $95. https://www.ebay.com/itm/175355698539?mk...media=COPY Also, it's unclear why you'd need to enable turbo boost on the x99. The most worthwhile purchase would be a compatible Xeon e5 1660v3 for around $50-55, then upgrade it to 4.5ghz with strong cooling.
