Hey, we recently replaced our modem/nbn with a new one but it didn’t work. We’ve been without internet for a week. The system displayed a connection status while the phone lines seemed normal. They sent us a new modem from TPLINK and shared screenshots of the changes. However, the internet still isn’t loading properly. I suspect I might have messed up the wiring since the internet light is off and I think the DSL light should be on. Or perhaps there’s a requirement for the internet provider to activate it. Please help me out—I can’t wait much longer.

Test by connecting the yellow cable straight to your laptop or device. If it works, the issue lies with the white router; if not, it’s likely the black router, possibly affecting future models.

I'm checking how the internet connection is working. Are you connected directly to the device? What are your computer's network preferences? Are they using DHCP or do you manually configure them?
