I recently purchased a new router and connected it to the WiFi on my Windows 10 laptop. It worked fine at first, but once I tried accessing the internet or using Wi-Fi, it wouldn’t load properly. I checked various settings and options, but the issue persisted. The WiFi was functioning on my phone and other family devices, yet not on my laptop. When I moved to a different house with another network, no connections appeared, indicating the problem lies with the laptop itself, not the router. Currently, I can only connect using an Ethernet cable. Anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this?

Connect to Wi-Fi, launch Command Prompt. Type "ping google.com" then press Enter. Ping 8.8.8.8.

It isn't displaying any available connections, so I can't connect to the WiFi at all. However, I can still access Ethernet.

I understand, I just resolved the problem by reinstalling the WiFi drivers. Appreciate your feedback!
