I bought two Archer C20s refurbished on Amazon for $16. They run slowly but got them running. At the store, I used the Tether app to set them up. There’s no bridged mode, just repeater mode—probably the same thing. I’m not sure how to make the browser open so I can sign in. I tested it on my iPad and laptop too.
