I discovered something intriguing today. I couldn't access Windows at all, even after adding RAM. After installing Ubuntu with both RAM sticks, everything worked fine. However, after updating the Nvidia driver, I faced the same problems as before.
I've reset the CMOS once more and fixed the time setting, but the issue persists. I've placed an order for fresh memory to try again, which should arrive tomorrow.
I wanted to return and mention the issue was with the GPU. Asus provided me with two faulty GPUs (GeForce RTX 2070). After swapping or exchanging everything except the CPU, I used the GTX 1060 6GB from another PC. Success! I managed to install the drivers and play games without a black screen. I hope this assists someone. My problem was that after installing drivers, a black screen would appear.
