According to my understanding, this function was originally intended only for Zen 2. It appears to offer limited benefits in Zen 3, so it's best to leave it off. You can experiment with PBO and CO settings to potentially improve performance if desired.

In Zen 3, avoid X3D and focus on the AMD overclocking area at the back. Disable Fmax.
