I stick to the optimal configurations possible while keeping 60 FPS on my monitor’s native display. Sometimes this requires operating below the limit, other times it means I’m leveraging mods and tweaking configuration files to push performance past the game’s default settings.

I tend to cautiously push the settings until I see either 10 or 20 frames per second. Then I try a med-high mix and hope for a smooth 60 fps. If that doesn’t work, I lower everything else except textures. If it still isn’t enough, I add shadows and maybe lighting to a low setting and end up tired the next day.

Lol, I'm feeling pretty bad. Got an AMD A8 6500 and a R7 8750D GPU.
