Would you invest your funds here or do you believe you'll keep receiving scams?

It seems like you're saying things aren't consistent.

A person is falling victim to a scam, regardless of whether it affects you.

I haven't tried it before, so I'm not sure.

They've demonstrated before they can't manage where sellers obtain their items and the support is terrible (purchased CS:GO, key failed, they removed all my chats in the website's G2A Shield chat and dismissed me).

The times I've tried it work fine, but it's really just a last option. In the end, someone further down the line will be the one getting the short end of the stick, and they can't influence what the game developers do with the keys—like when many random 4 keys were removed on G2A.

I used it to purchase three games, and everything functioned well each time. If you can find a game at a very low price, it’s worth trying, but I’d avoid spending more than $20.

It seemed to cost under five dollars. I’m not sure about betting more than that.
