I overlooked the purchase and bought Corsair CMK16GX4M2D3600C18 for my setup. I already have CMK16GX4M2Z3600C18 installed. Upgrading to 32GB is what I need. These parts are identical in speed, latency, and brand—just a minor difference in the part number. Do you know anyone who has mixed RAM with two different part numbers from the same brand? Probably only swapping the die type, like Samsung with Micron. It seems like a small change, but I’m not sure. What are your thoughts? Is this a safe move?
