It seems like you're emphasizing a point strongly. Would you like to clarify what you mean?

I haven't decided yet. I'm waiting to know whether you'll rely on CPU or GPU for encoding and which streaming tools you intend to use.

I’m just starting with PC stuff, so I’ll use OBS and a webcam. For the best performance, go with GPU over CPU. This should help with streaming too.

I’d suggest a contemporary Ryzen setup for streaming because it offers more cores and threads for the price. If my assessment is correct, the Intel Core i5-9300H works well as a laptop CPU, so you might need a cooler to prevent overheating. For your configuration, GPU-based encoding would likely provide better performance.

Could you try streaming platforms like CS GO or similar services?

I can also purchase the AMD A12-9720P with 2.70ghz, 4 cores, and 16GB RAM, paired with an AMD Radeon R7 graphics card. Is this a more suitable option compared to Intel for streaming?

If you're just beginning streaming, your existing setup should still function well for a while. When your requirements grow, consider upgrading. Try a test stream with your current system to check performance; keep in mind it has fewer threads compared to your Intel Core i5-9300H (your model has 4 cores and 8 threads, whereas this one has 4 cores and 4 threads).

What are your thoughts on the quality of my streams? I'm thinking about streaming CS:GO or Fortnite. I need at least 480p at 60fps or 720p at 30fps. Does that sound possible?

I can also choose an AMD Ryzen 5 3500u with 8GB RAM, 2.10GHz, 4 cores, or an AMD Ryzen 7 3700u with 2.30GHz, 8GB RAM, 4 cores, paired with an AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics card. Which one performs better for streaming?
