The Xbox isn't working and turning off quickly. No obstructions are blocking the fans, but it's unclear what's causing the issue.

He sent it to them previously and it functioned for a while before resuming the same behavior. I believe they disassembled it and reassembled it, which is why no further changes occurred. Thinking about PSU issue.

Certainly, but if the product is still covered by the warranty, it's wiser to bring it in.
