I’m checking my new 13900k and ASUS Z790-H with the PSU RM850i, but it won’t turn on with it. It does work with the 6700k and Z170. I used an old TX650 and it did power it up. Everything seems correctly installed and I haven’t changed any cables between PSUs.

Securely power up the PSU and confirm voltage readings are normal.

I would check the pins on your PSU at the 24-pin connection on that power supply. It’s possible some damage could be affecting its performance.
