I might have misremembered the costs, but I recall the prices were around $20 for the base game, $25 for the premium version, and $20 for the premium edition. I’m pretty sure the BF3 premium edition wasn’t $40. Someone should confirm this and let me know if I’m on the right track.

It wouldn't surprise me at all, excuse my French, but EA are just greedy money-seekers!

Since Hardline didn’t do well, it’s likely they increased the cost, though I’m not entirely sure.

It seems unexpected if EA didn't take such action.

It seems everything checks out as I see it. They might have been discounted when you last looked, but prices have stabilized now at a lower point? Either way, it doesn’t bother me much. Given what you receive, $33.50 is reasonable for BF4 Premium. Plus, I’m really pleased with EA these days—they’ve clearly made meaningful improvements in their approach. It’s been a while since they’ve caused any real frustration. Perhaps Ubisoft and WB deserve some credit.

EA is performing better lately, showing solid progress in both operations and customer satisfaction.

TigerDirect offers the R9 290X at a great deal. Regular price is $600, but it's now only $400. Huge savings!
