I also attempted to use Windows storage spaces for mirroring, but it failed due to insufficient space. Eventually, I set up a RAID 1 array, which seems to be functioning properly. It’s frustrating because I feel I need W11 Pro to create a mirror drive for basic data protection, or maybe I’m missing something very simple.
