Attempting to install Windows 10 on a new PC via USB is challenging, and the setup wizard keeps showing errors like “no device drivers were found.” It’s frustrating, especially since you’re just starting out and others have helped you before. You might want to try connecting the USB to another computer first to see if it works there, then follow the steps on your new PC. If that doesn’t help, let me know what you find!

Record the footage using your device from the instant you power on your computer until the error appears, so we can clearly observe your actions.

Verify both cables are firmly attached to the new drive. Connect the USB to a USB 2.0 motherboard port, avoid the front/case port, and choose 'custom' instead of 'upgrade' for a fresh installation. Update the BIOS prior to OS installation and confirm your drive appears in the BIOS with AHCI storage settings enabled, not RAID.
