No display screen on ASRock Pro 4, it jumps straight to Windows login and doesn't gather $200.
The System Motherboard: ASRock B450 Pro 4 CPU with AMD Ryzen 3 3200G Graphics: Sapphire NITRO+ Radeon RX 580 8 GB Video Card Storage: Windows Boot – Crucial MX500 250 GB M.2-2280 SATA SSD; Linux Boot – Western Digital Blue SN550 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVMe SSD. I attempted to switch to my Linux drive this weekend (weekends are Wed/Thurs) and observed the computer failing to reach the ASRock POST screen. I’ve also experienced issues with my Mountain Everest Max not launching until the OS boots, which is unusual but resolvable with a new keyboard. I’ve experimented with creating shortcuts in Windows to reboot to UEFI, though it only worked once before eventually crashing to Windows after prolonged delays. I’ve used F2, F11, and F12 repeatedly, but nothing happens for longer than expected, leading directly to a Windows login. I revisited BIOS settings yesterday, adjusting MBR compatibility and FastBoot status; I left FastBoot disabled after reading further. Despite these changes, I still can’t access the POST screen. I’m open to suggestions on resolving this or any other troubleshooting steps. Best regards. See you tomorrow.
