In short, I faced some AC problems and had a new unit installed. They instructed me to cut power, so I rushed to turn off my PC and use the surge protector switch. After they finished, I tried restarting it but got no display. I went through troubleshooting—checking the monitor, HDMI, cleaning RAM, booting without GPU, reseating CPU—but nothing worked. It didn’t boot into Windows properly either; pressing power caused it to shut down instantly. I also tested with just the CPU, motherboard, RAM, and still had issues.
I also attempted to flash the BIOS, but it’s causing the monitor to switch on and then shut itself off because it can’t recognize the screen.
