there's no day night cycle in ACU , how do you feel about this ? , it only changes in missions and it's district based, the ligating changes from district to district , i am really bummed about this fact The removal of the automatic day-night system, in favor of locking the time of day in the game at various times. The idea is to keep players from feeling rushed and from having some of their in-game progress reset by the quick passing of sunrise and sunset. Source : http://kotaku.com/assassins-creed-unity-...1596479794 and EDIT : You can change the time in the settings (Someone please confirm this, saw it in the comments) EDIT 2 : There's an option to change the time of the day Edit 3 : There's 4 settings Morning , Afternoon , Dusk and Night , i can't help but wonder, was the because of the limitations of the console ? to much Global illumination to handle on ps4 and Xbox ?

When I lose it, I can express that "The sun was in my eyes."

It was just one thing that didn’t meet expectations.

Most games would benefit from a natural day and night pattern.

Voicing frustration over the absence of realism in an Assassin's Creed title is similar to criticizing a Michael Bay film for lacking authenticity. It's intended as a visually appealing, straightforward adventure. Just take it in stride and avoid overthinking.

I'm more worried about the harsh battles and awkward controls.

I initially thought I didn’t care either way until I read this post. Now I’m leaning toward it. With a day/night cycle, you get real sunsets and sunrises, plus the blinding effect when facing it. That was frustrating for anyone who claims immersion or something similar—it never improved things for me at least.

I appreciate the concept, but I’m frustrated because I can’t schedule every stealth operation during the night. It would be helpful if you could offer a choice or a feature similar to an Elder Scrolls wait function.
