This specific motherboard is never meant for overclocking because it came from an old Acer Aspire tower. The system had a locked BIOS built-in. Many companies like HP, Dell, and Acer make pre-built computers that aren't supposed to be changed or pushed beyond their normal working settings. They are only okay how they arrived when you bought them.
Will my RAM just keep working like that anyway? Do I have to change the motherboard if I try something else?
