It occurred to me recently, and the only solution I had was to reinstall Windows.
If it's possible to skip it, do it—but sometimes it's the best solution, particularly when problems have worsened or your system is heavily compromised. Great motherboard. Did the NIC driver you used match version 23.5?
Windows typically comes with a driver for your NIC, but occasionally it may fail. Without internet access, you should install the driver from the motherboard's included CD. Once installed, visit the manufacturer's website and download the latest version—currently V23.5. Saving it to a thumb drive from another machine can simplify the process.
