Hey everyone! I've been having an issues with my recently installed 980 ti that I'm curious if anyone has input on. This only started once the 980 ti (previously a 980) was installed. Issue : With the systems current display configuration (3 24 in monitors, 2 display port 1 hdmi) the system will not post. A red light appears on the motherboard near the cpu. Workaround : Unplugging the 2 display port outputs and leaving the hdmi output connected will allow the system to post and boot. As soon as its posts, the 2 display port monitors can be plugged in and the system works fine for the remainder of the time its turned on. Troubleshooting tried so far : BIOS update, motherboard driver update, gpu driver update, system updates. Specs: OS: Win 10 Pro 64 bit Motherboard: Asus z87-Plus BIOS version: 2103, 8/15/2014 CPU: i7-4770k (no oc) GPU: EVGA GTX 980 ti Memory: 16 GB Various SSDs and HDDs
