It really depends on whether you have a laptop or not, since most of the improvements seem to apply to them. It's faster, but that might be because it's a new install. It's also easy to forget it's new. Just like the shift from 10 to 11, it's not that big... if changing from one version of Windows to another isn't too significant, I don't know what you're expecting.
I expect it will address problems such as animation delays in the explorer or the loss of right-click functionality, restoring the previous behavior of showing all options upon clicking.
I observed that AMD Software Adrenaline appears at the top of the right-click desktop menu, which seems to be the case. It didn't make a big difference in my routine usage, so it wasn't very noticeable every day. The start menu now displays a side bar when your mobile is connected to the PC - I noticed this in other videos about features. I'm not sure about any animation delays in Explorer, and I hadn't experienced them before.
